Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Arthur County, Nebraska. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 6+ years on the tools preferred.
