Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Idanre, Ondo State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
