Formwork carpenter wanted in Kura

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Kura, Kano State. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists 2+ years on the tools preferred.
