Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in White Pine County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred.
