Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Kware, Sokoto State. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
