Waitress — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Jackson County, Kentucky. You will be based in a coffee shop. You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
