We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cameron County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
