Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
