Heavy equipment operator — Kane County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Kane County, Illinois. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. On a typical shift you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
