Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
