Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Kanam, Plateau State. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts. ₦1,100 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
