Hydraulic crane operator — Katagum

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Katagum, Bauchi State. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
