Tandoor cook • Riyom, Plateau State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Riyom, Plateau State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
