Great opportunity: conventional mill operator (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Wokingham, England. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
