Powder coating operator — Kajuru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Kajuru, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts.
