Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Kimble County, Texas. You will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
