The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
