Short order cook • Latimer County, Oklahoma

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Latimer County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
