Urgent requirement: powder coating operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Comanche County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime 3+ years on the tools preferred. $9,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
