What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦1,550 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
