Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
