Captain waiter — Montgomery County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Montgomery County, Illinois. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
