Falsework carpenter • Kent, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Kent, England. You will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
