Tower crane operator wanted in Perry County

Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Perry County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination On the job you will handle: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
