Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Oldham County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
