Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Floyd County, Virginia. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
