Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
