Baker — Abeokuta South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Abeokuta South, Ogun State. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
