Join our team: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Middlesex County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day-to-day duties: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience.
