Bakery assistant — Dixie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dixie County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 1+ years on the tools preferred.
