Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in 1+ years on the tools preferred.
