Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Bailey County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
