Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Hendricks County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Six days a week, one day off.
