Crawler crane operator — Pike County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Pike County, Ohio. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
