Commis chef • Obi Nwga, Abia State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Obi Nwga, Abia State. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
