Head butcher — Beaver County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Beaver County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
