Prep cook — Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Orange County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
