Scullery hand — Sumaila

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sumaila, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
