Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kukawa, Borno State. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
