Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (Oyo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Oluyole, Oyo State. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
