Captain waiter • Floyd County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Floyd County, Virginia. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Rotating shifts.
