Waitress wanted in Amite County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Amite County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 6+ years on the tools preferred.
