Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
