Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Knox County, Ohio. You will work in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
