Urgent requirement: we are hiring a telesales agent in Kolkata, West Bengal. On the job you will handle: • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Restock shelves and arrange the product display Ideally you have accurate in handling cash; knowledge of the local language and market.
