Cake decorator wanted in Lipscomb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lipscomb County, Texas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
