Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Serchhip, Mizoram. Day to day you will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Pay around ₹25,500 per month, based on your experience.
