We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Uintah County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
