Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Gilmer County, Georgia. The role involves mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Rotating shifts.
