Line cook — Imphal West

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Imphal West, Manipur. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹21,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
